At some point, judicial tyranny will be addressed. Up until now, the Executive Branch has either been polite (Trump, GWB) and gone along, or underhandedly ignored the judiciary without saying so (Obama, to a lesser extent Clinton).
You can only push it so far, and then it’s either unelected tyranny or anarchy.
Trump is putting up with this crap for a reason, I am sure. So far he has come out on tope and the other side gets looking pretty deflated and battered. I hope it is the same with this. If the judges, and this will be a serial problem. Each time a judge gets bypassed another will come up with a slightly different ruling. It is the same thing as suing someone into bankruptcy. If they succeed finally in stopping a Trump initiative,they would effectively stop all of them and Trump would then be Romney. I expect DJT is letting the lefties get it all out there in order to show them that there is no floor under them. I certainly hope so.

These Judges are usurping the authority of the President of the US. They are all guilty of insurrection against the duly elected government of the United States
That judge has NO power to enforce his stupid demand, should he make it. Mo police, nor army, to "make" the president bring in more TERRORISTS.
I do not understand why Trump just doesn’t slow down the visa process completely. Is there a time limit of when a visa has to be ordered? Just take those countries and make the visas go to one person to approve. And make that persons work day from 8:00AM to 8:10AM one day a week.

The punishment initially consists of removal from active society and placement in a village with other conspirators/obstructionists. Within the village there is relative freedom. The residents are confined to the village and not permitted to visit the other areas of the island

if what the judge is doing is against the law then arrest the judge for breaking the law, or disbar the judge.
WHY is anyone in the Trump Administration even listening to these JV judges, their rulings and mandates??
They do NOT have ANY Constitutional Authority to dictate the terms, and certainly not any details, over immigration, particularly when those people are NON-Citizens.
Ignore it and go to supreme court. A judge has no power to do this. And none if he is ignored. He commands no budget, and no law enforcement.
This lack is by constitutional design.
As if judges have more intelligence information than the intelligence community utilized by the President.

The reason Trump has been slow to resist this obviously unconstitutional power grab by the left is that the US SC is in the grip of the left until Gorsuch is installed. If Trump fights now then the nomination process is jeopardized. The left knows this and is using this to screw Trump. The Gorsuch nomination process begins this week. Let’s see how Trump and the GOPE plays this over the next few weeks.
