It looks like the left finally got its wet dream....ruling the land via the bench.

A congressman interviewed on FOX yesterday said he was crafting a bill that would remove executive purview from lower level fed judges in matters of immigration.

Clearly it’s part time for this to happen. At the very most they should be able only to pass it up the chain.

When the courts stray outside their constitutional and statutory boundaries then, at the least, they should be ignored.

...this IS over the top stupid. If a judge can override a “number” then they obviously think they can do anything, judicial tyranny.

Remember how Obama claimed that the states have no say in where the refugees are placed by the feds?

Place 75,000 of them in Maryland. And the other 25,000 in Hawaii!

Trump must see the courts are going to be used to slow/stop everything. Even if he gets his budget through the rinos in the Senate the courts will kill it with a thousand cuts. The wall will be irrelevant if the courts decide the anyone has a right to come here. I don’t know what the answer is and I don’t trust the SC even with Gorsuch. If he loses in the SC then what? The country is in peril like never before.

I can see a judges ruling "We cannot cut the National Endowment for the Arts. This court orders the Congress to fund it."

Not only WILL it happen, it HAS happened...

There was a federal judge in Springfield, MO, who didn't feel that the tax payers of KCMO were spending enough on the public school district. So the judge ENACTED A TAX on the people of Kansas City, MO, claiming that he "felt" that the needs of the schools overrode the limitations placed on him by the Constitution.

Of course, it went to the SCOTUS, which promptly overturned it. So he went back to KCMO city council, and ordered them to enact the tax, under penalty of contempt.

And 50,000 in the posh areas of DC. Where the politicians, lobbyists, lawyers and doctors live. Just bring them into the area, give them a pistol and knife, tell them that they are on their own and turn them loose.

I believe people will take things into their own hands if this kind of crap continues. It will turn into a civil war.

I also believe that the “elites” (never thought that human garbage would be called elite) WANT THAT. That’s why we have to be patient enough to get at least Gorsuch approved.

Third, I believe that Pedogate is about to claim quite a few of these people. It was never a constant, but over the years here and there a judge would let a child rapist go even after conviction. They know what’s about to come down on their filthy heads.

One of the benefits of FR and the web in general is that we hear about things from all over the country and world whereas in the past there was just what hit the local news. The pedo scum probably have a grapevine that will have alerted them.

“Send them and the refugees to one of the smaller islands on Hawaii.”

Forget sending them to a smaller island. Dump 50,000 of their filthy asses in the middle of Waikiki Beach and let them run amok. When their tourist industry tanks within six months, well... oh darn.

Trump had better ignore any judicial order to increase refugee status. Judges are already overstepping their bounds. This would be an invasion into executive power.

I hope he does and I hope the Black Robed Nazgul back down. Otherwise, there is a war coming. One that could rip the Constitution to shreds. Or...is that the end game for the Leftists?
