Now that you have gone around the pharmaceutical block, how is your cholesterol doing? Your numbers still high?

I had sky high cholesterol (400) for years, no buildup etc. Fatigue, low energy. Had a friend hit me with organic vitamins for a couple of weeks, felt a bit better, then a rotating series of anti fungal herbs, extracts with immune boosters. Wiped my cholesterol readings out. Two weeks more of that and my cholesterol readings dropped 230 points.

Beta glucans for immune boost, Mediterranean oregano oil, olive leaf extract, raw garlic, milk kefir etc. Can not remember them all.

I felt better than I had for years. In later study trying to find out why it worked I found out cholesterol is often dumped in the blood stream to bind to fungal spores as an immune reaction to control the spread of a systemic blood borne fungal infecyion. The anti fungal food diet killed the infection so my cholesterol level normalized.

As a side note, the further use of oreganol oil cleared out a sinus clogging problem I had from birth. I can now breath normally.

I now suspect that was the root infection site.

Thanks for the info. My numbers are still high. Not sky high but above range.

I will look into the anti fungal regime.
