Based on her history, not a coincidence at all. Not only did I immediately suspect she stalked him, I would even suggest it may have been a coordinated effort. That may sound conspiratorial but these people are not playin’

This is what I want to know .... did she just run into him there or did she KNOW he was going to be there? Seems quite the coincidence - she was certainly prepared & since she was already involved in the DeVos episode, she’s a known activist. Is someone following/stalking Spicer and/or reporting his movements? If I were Spicer, I’d be concerned .... for my family, too.
Also, I love how Spicer always has a smile on and he never eases up on it.
