I agree that Conway has been less than effective as of late—I also heard Hannity tell her he knew she was working until 11 pm every night, which to be fair, if true, is no way for Trump to work his staff.
Supposedly Trump and Bannon have great stamina for that, but Conway would do better with less than an 80-hour work week.
What I think is unfortunate is that Trump still doesn’t seem to get a good share of the government management game—he should have had hundreds of nominees ready to roll out in the second and third tier positions below the cabinet secretaries from the start, and he needs to to make every one of the approved political hires ASAP. The place to cut is in the bureaucracy, not the few in government who would actually be loyal to and carry out his agenda.

It appears this has not been done very effectively which is worrying.
