You clearly do not live in NY. Preet was on the cusp of nailing both DeBlasio and Cuomo for corruption.

I live in NY. How long has Preet been on the "cusp"?

But he may be facing Hillary Clinton in that race.

Yeah it made it look like he was going to go after Prince Andrew Cuomo. Brought down a few of his cronies in show trials.

Pre-election analysis (Nov 4) from former Navy Seal Erik Prince on Weiner’s laptop and the evidence it holds:

<<< He [Prince] noted that the FBI can investigate these matters, “but they can’t convene a grand jury. They can’t file charges.”

“The prosecutors, the Justice Department has to do that,” he explained. “Now, as I understand it, Preet Bharara, the Manhattan prosecutor, has gotten ahold of some of this. From what I hear, he’s a stand-up guy, and hopefully he does the right thing.” >>>

Evidently, Preet Bharara was not aggressively pursuing all the evidence he had. Somehow I think our new President will have a replacement in mind who will.

Great, rather than dragging this on as kabuki theatre in the press, it is great that he fired this dilettante right away.
Now the press only gets to play the story for a day or two and then it dies.Just make sure he is frog marched out of the office right away

<<< He’ll probably go back to going after Trump for firing US attorneys. >>>

And just when he gets his little nuisance lawsuit ready, we’ll see a Vault7 Wikileak release of PedoGate evidence that will show how he’s been dragging his feet instead of aggressively pursuing child torturers and rapists.

Another day of draining the swamp. Another day of winning. Another winning chess move to add to Laz’s list.

It was still the law. You still want a prosecutor to enforce the laws you agree with. If I were inbthe DNC I spinbthis as a firing to shuekd Trump from prosecution rising out of his business dealings with the Vity and State. Tax credits, land use at below market rates, political contributions and pay for play, zoning changes to allow for construction. No one does real estate and construction in NYC without breaking the law And the Dems have a nasty marxist in AG Schneiderman who is chomping at the bit to go after Trump, fairly or not.

He prosecuted Dinesh D’Souza the Obama critic and asked for two years prison time for a very minor election law violation that Democrats get a slap on the wrist for.

That's all I need to know. Good riddance to Preet!

Preet was wire tapping everyone.
His main objective was to collect big fines and transfer those funds to Liberal causes through DOJ.

How long was the investigation into Skelos and Silver. He got both. His prosecutors just interviewed Red Bill ten days ago. I am absolutely certain Red Bill will sleep very easy tonight.

“Rudy Giuliani?”

That would be fun to watch, wouldn’t it? Maybe if Rudy was younger, but isn’t he in his 80’s? He probably has some good advice for a replacement, though.

Any political appointee or officeholder who that demonic reprobate Sunni Marxist Muslim Obama creature was okay with keeping around is absolutely no one to keep around.

That goes for compromised Comey as well,
