Phase 1 will end Obamacare. The Senate rules for reconcilation with a Budget require what is being done to enable ending Obamacare with just 51 votes. Any other technique would allow filibusters and require 60 votes. No Democrat will vote for repeal.
Sit tight and let the system work. Educate yourself and you will understand.

What’s so magic about this bill? I call BS.
Phase 1 was, “Give us the House and we will repeal Obamacare.” Not realistic, but we hoped they would at least push back against Obama. They failed.
Phase 2 was, “Give us the Senate and we will repeal Obamacare ‘Root and Branch.’” Still not likely but, again we hoped to slow Obama down. They failed.
Phase 3 was, Give us the presidency and we will repeal Obamacare. Now it is too hard. The people going to work every day to pay for their vote buying don’t squeal as much.
Phase 4 is, We have to rearrange the deck chairs on the Titanic to find out where the water is coming in, but “keep your powder dry,” some day this thing will fall apart and we can implement our version of socialized medicine.
If “educating” myself means relying on anything Ryan, or the GOP puts out there, then I’ll stay “ignorant”, under that context.
Part one may pass, but they’ll never get parts 2 and 3 through the senate.
GOP do not have 51 votes.

If true then they need to do a much better job of educating the masses as to how Phase 1 will end Obamacare. From here it looks like Obamacare survives with a little trim around the edges.
