My opinion is that most of the people at the bottom who are creating these tools have no say and no idea how the tools are being used. In fact, they are probably either lied to or told nothing since they don’t have a “need to know”.
That’s fine, but what about once they learn they’re toiling for evil, very corrupt people?
I appreciate your comments to the contrary, but I suspect the guys that come up with these tools know better than anyone else what they care capable of.
They do it for money. Morals be dammed, “I gots mine!”
Very poor human being as morals go > IMO.
