A number of ex-Obama officials appear to suggest that the Obama administration may have actually wiretapped the Trump campaign, but that if they did it would have been justified by a court and part of an investigation by the Justice Department—not led by or ordered from the White House or the former president himself. On Saturday, former President Obama’s spokesman Kevin Lewis denied that the former White House or the former President himself would have given such an order to wiretap Trump Tower—or any other type of surveillance in any case—but that such an order would have come from an “independent investigation led by the Department of Justice.”

So lets just say that Barky (didn’t) wire tap, (we know he did) then why was the question to Sessions by Al Franken stated the way it was stated? And why all of a sudden is Sessions involved in something that he had no idea of being involved in?

Watergate was a secret basement operation by some bumbling hacks (couldn’t burglarize an office without getting caught).
This has to involve several layers of government including at least one judge.

I will wait and see about Comey. It could be he is helping out on this story. We shall see.
Next Step: If this story is still hot by next Tuesday, I expect the sour faced, frumpily dressed Susan Rice will thrust her mug in front of a CNN camera and vouch for her former employer. Donna Brazile has probably already been given her pre-approved sound bites for a couple of news cycles.
