This mess was always the total fault of American presidents from the beginning. WE chose to invite the Mexican labor class over the border. WE chose to not enforce the law...we even went to school with them, for decades. WE saw them make families, bear children, grow old, but then came OBAMA who turned it into an invasion to build Marxist/socialist forces, something quite different from labor, and from deeper than Mexico, from South America.

According to Krauthammer, Trump may very well like to make a trade with Congress, that will see most Dreamers on a path to citizenship, among those who were born here, or brought very young and know no other country but America, who were brought here through no fault of their own, many of whom are working or in college, or both.
Their parents who crossed illegally may either go away, or get a permit to work in the USA, but may not ever become citizens.
In a few years, the problem solves itself. The generation surviving their parents will be citizens.
In return, Congress will agree to seal tight the border and to restore law and order against all further illegal crossings, and will be immediately turned back.
Makes total sense to me and I can buy into it. We were never going to send back these productive kids who have never been south of the border. No round ups were ever going to occur against the innocent. It would never fly among younger adult Republican voters, who would think it insane.
We are going to have to let TRUMP “deal” on this. It may cost him political capital, but it is decency, it secures us all at the border and reverses Obama’s invasion. Unproductives are going to get the boot.
I would like to see an time or age limit put to this test. Those under the Obama invasion, over the past EIGHT YEARS, go! Automatically, they should GO.
I don’t have a problem with the Dreamers staying, but if this article is right and he goes beyond that, I won’t be happy.

I think he is going to bring the people who came here illegally above the board by issuing them tax ids to work. Not citizenship, and possibility no benefits.
If they break the law they get deported. If they have children (American born) when deported, the children will be able to come back when they turn 18.

These ‘dreamers’ and Muslims are the primary one’s currently breeding in the U.S. You give them all citizenship and the right to vote and the country will be unrecognizable in 20 years, if it’s still here.
