President Trump has invited the family members of those killed by illegal immigrants and the widow of Justice Antonin Scalia to attend his address to a joint session of Congress on Tuesday night.
Maureen McCarthy Scalia will attend the speech, along with Jessica Davis and Susan Oliver — both widows of California police officers killed by an illegal immigrant in 2014.
The president is expected to highlight his campaign to deport illegal immigrants who have committed crimes in the United States.

It would be great if ICE was at the door with the metal detectors checking ID, including running everyone through e-verify and detaining any illegal some congressman tries to bring in. Detain the congressman for questioning on aiding and abetting a federal fugitive as well. Nobody is above the law, right ?
Drivers licenses in CA have had magnetic stripes on the back for 20 years now. I don’t know about other state IDs, but it seems like a magnetic swipe machine doing an automatic background check including e-verify for entry to any federal building is a reasonable precaution.

When you can’t have a Trump sticker on your vehicle without being run off the road by some crazed First Amendment-challenged lunatic, we are in trouble. The stuff that’s happening now is over the top. We are in uncharted territory. The American citizens who voted for Trump are being disenfranchised by a uniparty Congress and a conglomerate of the left hell-bent on nullifying the results of a duly-won election. This is just outrageous.

In all my studies of history there has been one and ONLY one major figure who was a Muslim, who I have come to have genuine respect and admiration for. Look up Ghaffar Khan. Absolutely astounding man. He was a co-worker with Gandhi. And he was so zealous for peace and nonviolence that it would be very difficult to call him a Muslim in today’s environment. Ironically he spent the last several years of his life under house arrest by the very people he had strived to give freedom to. In large part because he refused to advocate violence in the name of Allah.
