EVERY child is born into this world without a language programmed into them. Every child has the opportunity to learn a language. (In areas of Europe, some KIDS speak 2 or 3)
Language, any language, is simply a tool. As with any job to be done, you use the correct tool for the job. You don't drive a nail with a rip saw. You use a hammer (or a pipe wrench if it's handy). Likewise, you don't talk to an Italian in Chinese (but Spanish might do, if it's handy).
