That is JB’s cousin from his Uncle Bob’s first marriage. Bob’s side of the family doesn’t get involved with politics, as far as I recall.
I went to school with Bob’s three kids from the first marriage. They are unpretentiously nice people, but some were a bit strange.
Jimmy was really strange 50 years ago. In retrospect, I would guess Asperger’s Syndrome. When I read about the sex change a few months ago, I almost choked from laughter.
