It's appalling that this issue was ignored by the Obamas. They didn't even manage to get those Christian girls who were kidnapped in Africa released, and didn't go out of their way to express real outrage.
Just by putting the spotlight on this issue, it will make a difference. How wonderful that Ivanka, who has had every privilege in life, is highlighting the horrific crimes against children.
