Says it all, really.
They don’t want to get rid of it.
Is it too early to bend over?
The dems cannot defeat Trump, but the slimy smarmy should be burned alive RINOs can.
As many foresaw ...
No Republicans voted for Obamacare
It was jammed through Congress illegally and upheld twice illegally
It has been a total disaster. Millions of people were happy with what they had but now their plans are gone forever
A repeal plan should have been on Trump's desk on Day #1. Don't worry about replacing it - that's the Left's tactic at getting Republicans to adopt something similar, or worse than Obamacare.
Just repeal the damn thing. If Republicans DON'T repeal Obamacare, or adopt something similar, they are going to LOSE Congress.
This is President Trump’s chance to make me very displeased. His two non-negotiable promises were deporting illegals and repealing Obamacare. I hope this is just more fake news, or out of context.
so Boner was right...
Potentially given a gift by the courts (very rare) and they don’t take it?! Perfect chance to move forward in repealing O-care and no, the RINO’s & GOPe are MIA again. And Mr. Trump’s “replace” mantra is clouding his judgement. Giving Mr. Trump 100 days to repeal the ACA or I am going to be a harsh critic.
Gutless pantloads!
The way I read it, the delay is to give Trump and the rest time to get all their ducks in a row instead of having a case being ruled on that may complicate things for them. Which court would hear ti first and what progression up-line?
Delaying the lawsuit proceedings is very likely an acknowledgement that the whole lawsuit is soon going to be rendered moot by pending changes to ObamaCare and/or HHS regulations. The "Burwell" listed in the original case was the U.S. Secretary of Health and Human Services under Obama when the lawsuit was filed. Burwell is probably rummaging through garbage dumpsters for her meals now, and the ObamaCare provisions that were the subject of this lawsuit are likely being changed as we discuss this now.
Meanwhile, Congress (and Bannon) are trying to push through a massive new BAT tax.
Also, here’s half a trillion that Ivanka is working on:
And today she was soliciting input on which special-interest federal small biz programs could be expanded nationally:
And we haven’t even got to the trillion-dollar “infrastructure” bill you know both the Dems and GOPe will love—apparently among the first bills they’re looking to pass this session.
Seems a total waste of time & money to keep a program that is only going to make things worse. If they wait until a suitable replacement is found,we may never get rid of it.
