If I tried to donate my AR to the Army, it would not be allowed as it does not operate like theirs do.
The Military uses “assault” weapons. Citizens do not.
This example is proof of that. The court is either ignorant or undermining the Constitution.
Guess which I think it is?
That, too.....................
So is the human mind for that matter.
Is the text of the decision and dissent online? I saw no reference to the actual case name.
The text of the published decision is available from the Court here:

Not this sh* again!
This had better get overturned somewhere.
Or even 12 gauge shotguns will be considered military weapons of war:

Introduced to military service during World War I as a tool for clearing trenches, shotguns have been in the Armys arms rooms for almost 100 years.
Thanks!

A Clinton appointee. Along with a bunch of OTHER Clinton, Carter and Obama appointees,
OMG, Almost 90 pages of emotion-driven leftist claptrap. It’s going to take a while to digest this garbage.
Well, this is good:
But personal “weapons of war” are exactly what the Second Amendment protects.
Maryland “Freak State” PING!
That implies that with a ten to four ruling, even two of the libs agreed with us.
What is a “high-powered” magazine? I though magazines simply stored the bullets that you needed for your gun. There’s no “high power” about them!

Several months ago, we had some fun commenting about the ignorance of the Fraud and a fawning reporter regarding “high powered magazines”:
JACKSON, MS (Mississippi News Now) -
President Barack Obama is pledging to reinstate an assault weapons ban by January. He proposes removing all military style assault weapons and high powered magazines. If this ban goes into affect, what would it do to sales on the black market?

Mine has a similar rule. I define my pocketknife as a tool which I use often in the course of my job. They gave up.
Totally, completely agree.
Time to impeach black robed tyrants.
