A controversial President Trump-loving artist known for painting giant American flags was granted the honor of a lifetime.
Scott Lobaido was greeted by screaming protesters at the pro-Trump “DeploraBall” party in Washington, DC, where he was asked to speed-paint a flag in front of an audience of cheering supporters.
“Nazi scum!” protesters yelled as LoBaido, from Staten Island, New York, arrived at the official event on Jan. 19 at the National Press Club.
“This is going to be America’s Mona Lisa,” the star of The Post’s “Diary of an Angry American Patriot” said as he set up his canvas.
LoBaido, who was blacklisted from his local artist community over his support for Trump, insisted he wasn’t afraid of getting hurt by the rock-throwing protesters outside.
“I fear nothing. I’m worried about my truck. My baby, Betsy,” said LoBaido, adding that the American flag-painted truck is a “target.”
On his special night, LoBaido was introduced by actor, comedian and host Gavin McInnes, who described LoBaido as a “chain-smoking, swearing Staten Islander who paints the flag all day.”
LoBaido took the stage, yelling “Bye-bye, f–king snowflakes” — a pejorative term for liberals — and “There’s a new sheriff in town!” before creating an abstract painting with a muscular-looking Trump as the centerpiece.
