Wonder how often he was actually in school my bet he was not there very often.
We should not force people to attend something they do not want to.
We should lower the drop out age back to 16 it would remove a lot of the problems.
Letting them stay home would help reduce the drop out rate dramatically..........
And if we decriminalize murder in Chicago we would also see the murder rate drop too.........
