It’s smart, for now. Takes a bit of the heat off - things can change at any time. Get rid of the worst first...they don’t have the manpower yet to even do that, so there’s no sense having an explosion of this now. Get staffed, then move on to the next group once the worst are gone.

Dreamers get prizes, expect more dreamers.

Any policy towards illegals must - MUST - address the incentives that are set up by that policy. Are you incentivizing more to try their hand at illegal entry or are you incentivizing them to stay home and apply through the legal process?

With 600 million people south of our porous non-existent southern border and untold millions outside the Americas who might also avail themselves of this easy access, there can be only one immigration policy - Stop giving prizes for illegal entry.

Any measure that permits those who entered illegally to benefit from that illegal act is amnesty. And any amnesty will bring millions more invaders.

This must be stopped.

The DACA exemption has no basis in law as Judge Hanen found.

If the Congress wants to take it up and produce some process where illegal aliens who were brought in and raised here can petition to stay, that's something they can do.

But we all have to ask...why did their illegal alien parents get to decide who would be our co-citizens, and not us?

Maybe they could all appreciate the free education, the welfare, the housing in many cases, and the thousands of other things they got from us against our will. Maybe they could head home to Mexico to agitate for change in that country, instead of trying to hustle this one into letting them stay to take more of what they had no right to get.
