More likely Trump knows the campaign the left is ready to run on the issue and how the dreamers concept is the only popular thing about illegal aliens so he’s leaving it alone for now.
I think that’s the case. Illegals who commit violent crimes are at the top of the list. Lesser crimes (including identity fraud) are next. The ones who are otherwise not creating problems are at the bottom of the list.
