That sure sounds like he’s saying 13 year olds are capable of consent - if they are mature enough - with an adult.
Libertarians may say no drug laws, no age of consent, etc.

While what you say is true, it wasn't the left that dug up this obscure, two-year old footage. It was #nevertrump elements on the right and it was in retaliation for Yiannopolous being invited to CPAC. Don't forget about those folks. They didn't just dry up and disappear.
