Ohio Gov. John Kasich is tentatively scheduled to meet with President Trump this week, CNN reported.
Three sources familiar with the plan told CNN that Kasich, a former Republican presidential candidate, may meet with the president Friday at the White House.
The meeting will include Kasich, Trump and potentially White House chief of staff Reince Priebus.

Trump has to know unless he wants to surrender his anti-establishment message to the GOP establishment (destroying his movement), then Kasich can’t be reasoned with. He was on TV bashing Trump this weekend for crying out loud.
Katich can win the Senate seat in 2018. It’s better than what we got now. Katich won’t run.
Soon afterward I expect to see Kasich tender his resignation and silently disappear into retirement.
I don’t think Kasich is electable in Ohio. We may be looking at a demorat governor. Primary for a sitting gov in Ohio is not gonna happen.

LOL! Trump will control the conversation - Kasich lost a lot and has no leverage.
President Trump has the enormous political backing, support and capital from his millions and millions of supporters. He doesn’t need to be wasting that on the likes of John Kasich.

Kasich is term limited out in 2 years. He could run against Democrat Sherrod Brown for Senate, but lacks the guts. He is at a dead end in Ohio unless Trump bails him out like Carter did with a former Governor Dick Celeste (with a federal job)
