Ted Cruz is a solid citizen is far more ways than he isn’t.
He has spoken against the end of TPP at all. He’s supported border enforcement, Gorsuch, every cabinet nominee, the immigration executive order....everything.
I got no complaints with Ted Cruz.
Well, he might be a great American patriot, but I still have seen no proof that he's even a US citizen.
In 2015 he provided the go ahead vote for cloture on TPA which enabled TPP. He voted against TPA after he saw it was hurting his presidential run (which he shouldn’t have made as he is not a natural born citizen).
He’s an opportunist. I can live with that as he is not my Senator, but I will not support him running for President.
Other than he accused Trump of being the cause of violence in Chicago before he was supposed to speak there. He rolled the dice on calling out Trump on the violence and it backfired...just like the “NY values” comment during one of the debates, and his non-endorsement, endorsement at the convention.
It appears that he has bent the knee. Good enough for me. People learn and change when they want to.
Plenty of idiots like Ryan, McCain and Linda to focus on instead.
I'm also happy to see he has come to his senses in the past months.
He's a strong ally of our President, he's saying and doing all the right things. Yet there are tons of people who who cannot forgive him for his mistakes, in spite of him being 100% with us and Trump since early November.
Time to let it go. Trump has, and so should we.
