The media often uses “child” or “teen” to excuse this stuff.
Yeah, that’s right.. who put the idea in their head?.. their teacher should be investigated.
Why were there several students together? Was it a school sponsored trip? Who was the responsible teacher? What school was it? Did the principal make a statement? Will the teacher be reprimended or fired?. This is really crappy reporting.
Just make sure they get a misdemeanor conviction so they have a reminder of the incident.

If he is a juvenile, he can’t be identified by name, race or anything. He likely will be released to his parents and sent home. Any legal record he gets will be erased when he turns 18.
His name, race (if white), picture and alleged political affiliation would already be published. It all depends on whose ox is gored.

Do not throw anything at a presidential motorcade, this is a federal offense and the federal government has a special department to hunt you down and another one to prosecute you.
These two rules should be taught to everyone. If you are old enough to pick up an object and throw it, you better know the rules.

I imagine his defense will be that he has been having problems determining his “sexual identity” and should be given a break.
