This is a very timely article considering the way that the media are accusing Trump of trying to shut them down. The fact is that those who are REALLY trying to shut down opposing voices are those on the left who are using the theme of “fake news” to preemptively shut down alternate news sources.
Pushing lies to counter the Truth seems to be the goal of those who state such opinions these days - they base their “rationales” on the false premise that freedom to lie in an “official” and protected capacity is preferable to sticking to the Truth.
