Not only did McCain lose, but he didn’t act like he wanted the job, unlike Trump. In fact, he came very close to endorsing his opponent.

No one is suppressing the press. Just ignoring them and doing end runs around them. If they want to get the stories (that they cherry pick and modify) they will have to work harder. Poor babies.
He’s the Maverick who has always been loved by the MSM. He’s also a bitter old fossil who lost his chance at the Presidency. But he can be a headache for President Trump.
John McCain became more bitter, mouthy more than usual, and there is a big reason why...remember it was Kissinger and Nixon that knew what had happened in Hanoi where ‘captive McCain’ was being held...
Several survivors of that situation have spoken out before their deaths and none of them had any respect for McCain...
And every time a bill came on the floor of the Congress to release the files of the hearings on what happened and why these people were captured, it was McCain that pitched a fit...to this day, we still don't know for sure if there were any of our people left there and what happened to them...
In McCain's statement he said he felt ‘remorse’ because he was treated ‘better than the rest of the men’...what does that say???

Calling out a lying press and exposing a lying press is a different concept from suppressing the press.

John McCain is a very sick man. He is motivated by a need for attention and has the enormous character flaw of readily, willingly and ably stabbing his party in the back.
He also acts like a beat dog. The very press that he sucks up to brutally and unfairly savaged him during the 2008 campaign. In fact they made it impossible for him to win an already uphill battle. Yet, here he is acting as if they are his besties. He instantly accepts the premise of his enemies. In this case he accepts that the press was an admired and respected entity until Trump destroyed their reputation.

Trump had barely started his campaign when that poll was conducted. Yet, somehow we are to believe that Trump is responsible for the decline in credibility of the press?!?!
I am also sick and tired of McCain getting a free pass for his less than honorable political career because he had an honorable Military career. Duke Cunningham ring a bell?

The kissed Obama’s bony butt for eight years. Never reported about his illegal alien aunt and uncle in Massachusetts. Never question why he had a social security number issued in Connecticut, a state in which Obama never lived. Never question his trip to Pakistan as a 20-year old. Never questioned Obama about his placing of Muslim Brotherhood members and members of CAIR in the highest levels of government, etc.
