Jay Seukulow (one of my favs) had an interesting take on the intelligence and changes made by Obummer/Lynch re info sharing between the agencies, right before leaving office.
Someone commented in the thread that it was similar to what he said on Hannity, but I missed that (this is probably better b/c no Hannity interrupts).

Jay Seukulow is on it, hope he is communicating with the proper folks in the Trump administration that can take care of this.
I heard of this order that Obummer signed a while back and wondered then why it wasn’t jumped on.
Things move TOO slowly in the government unless it is nefarious like this order Obummer did in his last days.
