In the meantime they’ve not called for evacuations in the dam/levee/flooding areas in the north of their state, possibly washing three counties or so of conservative voters off their opposition’s list of probable voters.

Unfortunately CA can’t print its own money so this can’t work.
The gifts of free care to the poor, coverage for pre-existing conditions, pregnancy (is it really an illness) in a state with an ethnic group that has a high birth rate, etc. which have made Obamacare unstable and unworkable will be very very expensive for the people and employers of the state.
Let’s see how this works out.
