a federal government that has expressed clear disinterest in combating the problem until now

More like a Federal government that has DELIBERATELY allowed MILLIONS of illegal aliens into the country and ENFRANCHISE them.

A DELIBERATE CONSPIRACY BY DOMESTIC MARXISTS IN FEDGOV TO SEIZE POWER FROM WHITE NATIVE BORN US CITIZENS THROUGH MOTOR VOTER.

The CONSPIRATORS need to HANG.

The ILLEGAL VOTERS need to be PURGED, PROSECUTED, AND DEPORTED!!!!

I presume every state has a Republican party? They can access voter rolls.

0vomit made her do it!

He said it would be ok for illegals to vote. One of his many, many, many lies. Hey, liberals, if you’d been paying attention and consuming facts instead of the lies that were being fed to you by 0vomit and his media minions, you would have known this was yet another lie. Falling for the lies of liberals has consequences.

I agree with you 100%. I hope DC gets its act together. It sure is something how much stuff isn't getting passed now that the 'pubs know it will become law. But look at what needs to be achieved. Jobs, schools, government benefits ALL have to be EVerified. We can't give the maniacs, including the Republicans who are actually bought and paid for shills for Cheap Labor Globalists, an issue to hang their hats on.

The Dreamers who've already registered when Obama told them they had to, well, we'll honor that they did what they were required to do. Keep in mind that when they signed it they knew when this permission would expire. Part of the agreement they made with the Obama administration was they'd stay in school or employed and not break the law. We'll honor that; they have until DACA expires to plan for their move to their homeland.

Any of these "dreamers" who haven't already signed up get deported immediately. Because now it's not just their parents who are invaders, they broke the law for themselves...they can't blame someone else. They're invaders by their own decision.

Then, BAM. If Dreamers are disruptive at a rally or break the law, they already agreed to conditions....they go home.

I'd wager that approach will get the invaders out of the country faster than would revoking the DACAs already signed.

“The employee wasn’t in a position (nor should be) to offer advice any way or form. THAT is where the liability would come. Had the employee indicated one way or the other the illegal alien could have said “I was told it was OK.” That attempt failed since the State employee wisely (and probably under directives) gave a proper ambiguous answer: “it’s up to you.” I think it was EXACTLY the correct response and the court clearly agreed with me.”

Disagree.

It’s NOT up to anyone presenting themselves to vote to set their own standard (”it’s up to you”). That results in the travesty today, where voting officials use the wink, wink, nod, nod approach in order to facilitate illegal voting. These leftist voter registrars and other voting officials should not be allowed to get away with it any longer. It would be a simple matter to have a pre-approved, written message for any employee to read out that it is illegal for any non-citizen to vote. And to ask “and by the way, are you a citizen?”

On the Voter Registration Application for most states the first question is:

ARE YOU A CITIZEN OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA? YES OR NO

How can the message be made simpler?

Would love to see that happen. You know the DNC is up to no good. If Trump can make sure illegals don’t vote and and cleans up the rolls, you have to ask yourself why the Bush administrations never bothered.

Bush leaned toward some sort of amnesty and didn’t see the illegals as a big problem.
