My daughter's fiance sought permission to immigrate from Great Britain in order to marry.

He was only permitted to come after I signed a binding contract to provide support and reimburse public aid should he become a financial burden during at least the first ten years of residency.

This is the system which is already in place to control the impact of immigration. Illegals are ignoring the requirements and, as the article illustrates, have become a public burden in very great numbers.

Every penny spent on Mexican illegals in the U.S. should be billed to Mexico and they should be considered an economic enemy of the U.S. until they pay.
