Wow. “Mostly false” because there was no proven quid pro quo. Trump didn’t even say it was quid pro quo. He just let the facts speak for themselves. He didn’t say “because,” he just said “while.”

Unless “tomorrow” is the Vernal or Autumnal Equinox, the Sun does not rise in the direct East. The other 363 days (364 days in a leap year) the sunrise will be north or south of the due east line. Conclusion: Trump lied again!
