You obviously have no idea what the construction business is like. Stay at the Burger King, it is safer.

Asplund contracts with governent entities so they most likely need to pay prevailing wage rates.

At 49 bucks an hour you would have more applicants than you could talk to in a month if you were in Ga. And I am well versed in outside work, it is all I have ever done.

$75/day is starting construction pay for a newbe/board toter and ditch digger. 100 a day gets someone with some mechanical,electrical, or carpentry skill. These are all US citizens, no illegals.

Asplundh contracts with some municipalities but their largest customers are Investor Owned Utilities. Some union, most not. Pay in some states is barely above minimum wage (i.e., Mississippi) while pay in other states is respectable (i.e., Oregon).
