On Wednesday’s broadcast of CNN’s “Inside Politics,” CNN Senior White House Correspondent Jim Acosta stated that in the last three news conferences President Trump has done “all of the questions to the American news media have been handled by conservative press,” and “there’s no other way to describe it but, the fix is in.”
Acosta said, “[I]n the last three news conferences, Wolf, all of the questions to the American news media have been handled by conservative press, and I think, Wolf, there’s no other way to describe it but, the fix is in. This White House, this president, does not want to answer questions, critical questions, about his associates, his aides’ contacts with the Russians during the course of that campaign, just as his national security adviser is being run out of this White House on a rail. And so, I think that this only, you know — they may think that this is being cute, or they think this is strategic in terms of trying to shield the president from questions, but those questions can only be shielded for so long, Wolf.”

I love the New York Post. Generally, it’s been fairly conservative, although it did endorse Hillary for Senate — twice.

I grew up in the conservative movement. Longtime YAFer. Involved in conservative politics since I was 8. My parents helped found the Conservative Party. I have worked for a number of conservative organizations, including the Conservative Caucus. I have been an active member of the DC Chapter of FR.
I had the privilege of knowing Russell Kirk when he would come and teach as a visiting professor at my college every year. I knew Bill Buckley a bit.
I’ve lived my life in the conservative movement, and I have put a lot into the movement.

Speaking of cable networks, I just read that Gretchen Carlson, former beauty queen and Fox News blond talking-head, is signing on with the enemy, MSNBC. She's the one who won a huge settlement after suing Fox's former chief, Roger Ailes, for sexual harrassment.

Calling Trump supporters “downright nasty”?
Saying Trump built his business “on the backs of the little guy”?
Saying his language was unpresidential?
Demanding that he release his tax returns?
Whoever would say that is clearly a NeverTrump person, right? Do you know who it was?
CNN knows all about the fix is in. They did it for democrats for decades.

That’s pretty easy: I don’t believe you. I think you and your pal Glenn Beck pulled the lever for Egg McMuffin. The rest of us get to compare what you posted in public with what you claim to have done in private. If that’s a problem you have yourself to blame.

(BTW, if you listen to Beck, he didn’t vote for McMullin. He didn’t like McMullin’s views on a cou0ple of issues, including Russia. I think he said he voted for Darrell Castle.)
