Illegal immigrant Rosa Ortega from Grand Prairie, Texas voted in five different elections in the past decade, but is not a United States citizen. She told reporters this week in a jail interview that she did not know the difference between citizen and resident.

She is not the Judge, and neither is the Public. The Legislature made it a Felony with a stiff sentence to deter others from doing this. Make an example out of her.

The Voter Registration Forms for most states specifically inform the registrant that they MUST BE a US citizen.
Furthermore, the Voter Registration Forms specifically inform the registrant that it is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE to submit false information.
Non-citizens commit a felony in most states when they register to vote.
Non-citizens do not have to vote to commit a felony, registration is sufficient to convict them of a felony.
Senator Charles Schumer would say she’s just another law abiding illegal. He also said conservatives hate immigrants.
Schumer’s in way over his head with this Jabberwock.
Chuck may be insane. A competency hearing may be in order, but at least an investigation is warranted.

I’m quite sure she knew. Her drivers license stated she was not a citizen. A voter registration was denied because it stated she was not a citizen, she told them she voted in another election and they resent her another card - during that time a flag took place.
She was engaged to get married and booked her honeymoon trip to Hawaii. I have a feeling that while looking at trips, the whole process of ‘is a passport needed’ came up - if they discussed leaving the country. She’s never been to another country.
Her children won’t talk to her - they are 12-16 years old. She put them in a terrible situation. This is exactly how I feel about parents of ‘dreamers’. Instead of looking at our gov’t as being heartless for possibly deporting the parents. It’s the parents who are putting their kids in a terrible situation. (But, that’s another subject).

We allow them to come here or stay here illegally, look the other way when they violate more laws to work or get on social programs. Then we wonder why they have no respect for this country, our laws, or we the people.
