How does this joker plan on not paying his taxes unless he is self employed?He probably has a refund due like most people.
I think the amount is something like a thousand bucks for withholding, and the penalties kick in.
You can adjust your withholding so that you OWE money to the IRS, but it had better not be much more than a thousand bucks.
Or you get a letter.
