You’re right, and the media makes it out like he was sitting in a restaurant surrounded by random people. My understanding was he dined with the American and Japanese delegation in a private dining room.
This is a non-issue and I’m frankly ashamed and disgusted by Republicans in congress pulling crap like this. They should be there to drive the agenda and execute the mandate they clearly received last November across the country.

Chaffetz (R-Utah) is asking the White House to provide his panel with details about how sensitive information was handled during a weekend meeting Carefully

Not one moment has been spent by this freak Chaffetz on finishing any of the ethics investigations of democrats.
I find that very odd.

I wonder if Trump ever regrets running. He’s surrounded by establishment sharks, and his life is way more difficult than it had to be.

What happened to the LOCK HER UP investigation?

Very deep is the swamp in Congress, on both sides of the aisle.

Mormons and their GOPe BS.
To: Pinkbell
It seems there are several unfinished, or stonewalled investigations from the previous administration that should get another look. Maybe Chaffetz should give some thought to those.
And what’s Trey Gowdy been up to lately? Been mighty quiet, AFAIK.

There’s no Benghazi investigation ongoing, so he’s out of the spotlight.
Gowdy was just named chair of the House Judiciary Terrorism Subcommittee. and named to the House Intelligence Committee.
He’s been ripping the 9th Circuit pretty good.

With his actions, it sounds like Chaffetz is trying to position himself for a Presidential run down the road.

Hey Jason. Get on board. Sick of you establishment Republicans more now than I was last year.

"Couple gatecrash Obama's White House party"
Good catch. What we are now seeing is a return of the White House correspondents to Republican Mode, but this time on steroids, since it is now Trump who is president.
For the White House press corps, Republican Mode is a state of mind in which every act of the president and his staff is made to appear foolish, illegal, chaotic, and sinister. Everything becomes a scandal or a gaffe, and people are fired or prosecuted even when there is no proof of actual lawbreaking.

He knew it would be this way. These things only fill him with a terrible resolve.

I would be more worried about security in the White House right now. Trump needs some of these.

He didn’t this for fun. Also not for money or power - he already had enough of both. He did this for love of God, country, and family. No other reason he’d have bothered.
Sure he knew what he was getting into. Doubt he regrets it. Only thing he’d regret is failing.
