Remember this also sets the tone for the way things are going to be. When Sessions begins to expose the scum in the establishment they will be forced to resign too. The administration has taken the high ground as they campaigned on. I say replace Flynn with Sebastian Gorka who I wanted in the first place as NSA.
IIRC, it was the NSA that was listening. After the so called report ordered by Obama, he signed a directive to release all transcripts of all of Trump’s team for investigation.
From what was reported earlier about the actual conversation, Flynn did not violate the Logan Act, and he did not negotiate or offer a quid pro quo with the Russian Ambassador.
The accusation was made that he conducted Foreign policy discussion and made promises to the Russian Ambassador about lifting the sanctions, which he did not do.
If Pence asked him did you promise to lift sanctions and he said no I didn’t, that is not a lie. If Pence asked did the issue come up and he said no that is either a lie or defective memory.

Flynn was not let go because of conversations with the Russians. It was because he lied to VP Mike Pence about it.
Absolutely true. This must be a Hillary conspiracy, definitely not Flynn’s fault. She must be getting her sweet revenge for Flynn courageously leading the “lock her up” chant when he rightfully said he would would be in jail for doing half the things she did.
She and Obama are really savoring this moment, smh.
Darth - Gorka is a rock star. I agree 100%. I was a bit ambivalent about Flynn, but there is so much we are not aware of that is going on, it really is difficult to judge how someone is doing.
IMO he was let go because the intelligence community and GOPe (Pence, Priebus, Ryan, etc.) went after Flynn in part to keep Trump from dumping Priebus.
That the WH now has “full confidence” in Priebus is bunk. Either Trump and Bannon are stupid, which they aren’t, or they are now captive. Pence was the trump card that Priebus and Ryan could pull on Trump—and they pulled it.

I don’t know that he did lie. It would depend on what question was asked, and what he actually said.
It is not unusual for someone to hear something, and take it a step further. I have seen it happen in communications all the time.
I assume that Trump asked for it in private.

While I applaud Trump for acting decisively, I lament the loss of General Flynn the cabinet. Not only is General Flynn a brilliant strategist and a loyal patriot, but he knew that pizzagate, Hillary, child trafficking, and the sexual perverts were truly evil. He understood what was going on. He was going to help get to the bottom of pizzagate, and his ouster is a feather in the of the Satanist globalist illuminati.
Hubby has attended meetings where Flynn has been in attendance. He thought the guy was great — very impressive. I’m sorry to see him go, too.
Someone in the inner circle is determined to take out Trump by any means necessary. I feel so bad for him.

I hope Flynn will yet be helpful to Trump even though not in the White House any longer.
