The court's ruling “There is no evidence showing a risk to the United States in allowing aliens from these seven terror-associated countries to come in.” is a lie.
Evidence now shows that acts of terrorism have been perpetrated by 72 individuals from the seven countries listed in Trump's Executive Order.
The three judges of the Ninth Circuit and the District judge are political hacks. They should be impeached.
This judicial joke should have been broken up years ago.
Their opinion does not have the weight of law. Only the law, which they are studiously ignoring, has the weight of law. The law is on the president’s side. The judges are not on the side of the law.

I believe it goes beyond that.
The President can get top secret information on threats from those countries which he cannot reveal.
So to me the job of the court if asked, should be does he have the right to do it: and it appears he does, whether it makes any sense to people not privy to the Nationl Security information. -Tom

I believe that the three appeals judges and the Washington Judge will step down or be impeached. The Ninth Circus will be broken up into two separate circuits and John McCain will lead the drive to do that.

It’s not a lie if the 9th Circuit didn’t know about them. Were any of the “72 individuals” prosecuted in the 9th Circuit? That would be an interesting thing to know.
If the 9th Circus Court intends to plead ignorance that point will have to be conceded to them.

No, we’re not, but the spineless RINOS in Congress certainly are too cowardly. Loyal Americans have become aware of this which is why they are so despised by the majority of their own party.

Actually their dereliction of duty would be no less onerous than lying, because it is their judicial DUTY to ascertain the facts before rendering a judgement, especially one that is a matter of life and death.
No impeachment!! Send squad of Marines to court to arrest justices on terrorism charges and escort them to Hit me to await trial. Don’t forget WA Atty Genl as well.
