The Almurisi family had long dreamed of coming to the United States

So they can live in the most expensive part of the planet free of charge, courtesy of the blood and sacrifice of 12 generations of my family?!

What was wrong with simply moving to another Arab country? Too Arab?

You’ll notice these refugees have large families.

You’ll notice liberals suddenly forgot to criticize “overpopulation”.

Doesn’t the East Bay have enough welfare leeching residents to begin with!? You already have one thoroughly entrenched underclass to support now as it is! Are you looking for another?

I have a dumb question:

Don’t refugees of war usually end up in a tent city, approximately one nation next door to the fighting? My mind conjures up ox carts and donkeys.

When did ‘refugees’ start using air travel?

The geniuses who welcome Yeminis into their tony community really need to ban pressure cookers. The next generation of these squatters is the one to watch. Having been unable to cope with growing up in a Western culture, they revert to the savage tenets of Islam that tell them they are superior to their adopted country and should take what they want by force. Example: the brothers who did the Boston Marathon murders.

You're not kidding! One sees broods of 6-8 children with regularity.
I know how far a dollar can be stretched and I question how they're doing it.

If we have to accept refugees, we need to deport more illegal aliens.

and we need to get this refugee business under control. This is some BS.

They had green cards...they shouldn’t have been stopped. What I see is political sabotage....on the part of these “stupid” people checking these people in.

Many have a misconception that all Arabs are the same. They're not. Other Arab countries don't want to take in Yemenis.

Welfare. A lot of help from churches. Our church is helping to sponsor two families. We give them gift certificates to the International Store where we pretend they only get Halal food.

My boss is a Muslim and he goes to Kroger.

The churches will eventually lose interest and they will probably leave.

Churches and their charities sold their souls to the government for a few shekels many years ago. One can only hope that their heads will be the among the first to roll.

“They became plaintiffs in a separate lawsuit that claimed they had been illegally detained at the airport, and ultimately reached a settlement with the federal government in that case that allowed them back into the country.
Wolozin said that settlement was key because officials had already canceled their visas, and it appeared they had Almurisi sign a form withdrawing his family’s application for admission, she said.”

We are INSANE

Churches want to be part of the narrative. It builds gravitas among people who won’t go to church anyway.

I left a liberal denomination and we are attending a conservative denomination. The difference is amazing, especially when you look at the focus of the church.
