Haven't yet talked to my Family's in the area. I am visiting California right now. My wife is in Davao, to the south of Surigao, and did not even mention the earthquake, when I talked to her. Sorry for Surigao, but Davao was not affected.

One of my families lives north of Butuan. That's not far from Surigao.
Another lives is Cebu. I am chatting with her live right now. They felt it, but not strong in Cebu City.
