Video footage of report.
quote: She tried to get everyone who voted for Donald Trump to stand up and show the rest of the class who to watch out for and protect yourself from, Webb told KCBS News. Professor Coxs anti-Trump rant was no open debate to engage students.
quote: But Rob Schneiderman, president of Coxs teachers union, said the student who was videotaping Cox was acting unethically because it made her look worse than she actually is.
quote: Meanwhile, a second video from Coxs class surfaced with more of her political views, including her statements that Orange County is one of the most conservative counties in the nation and that living there is scary when you know you are surrounded by so many people that are so hateful.
That’s a man, baby. And those earrings - condoms?
GOVERNMENT unions are a crime against citizens.
Pardon me... I guess the teacher is a woman.
So hard to tell these days! LOL
She belongs in a stable.
Just as with unconstitutional, unaccountable federal funding for politically correct climate issues, I question if the the low-information Teachers Union exists to milk the feds for as much unconstitutional federal funding that it can.
Note that President Thomas Jefferson had indirectly indicated in his sixth state-of-the-union address that the Founding States did not expressly constitutionally delegate to the feds the specific power to regulate, tax and spend for INTRAstate schooling purposes.
On a few articles of more general and necessary use, the suppression in due season will doubtless be right, but the great mass of the articles on which impost is paid is foreign luxuries, purchased by those only who are rich enough to afford themselves the use of them. Their patriotism would certainly prefer its continuance and application to the great purposes of the public education, roads, rivers, canals, and such other objects of public improvement as it may be thought proper to add to the constitutional enumeration of federal powers [emphases added]Thomas Jefferson : Sixth Annual Message to Congress.
In fact, previous generations of state sovereignty-respecting justices later reflected on Jeffersons words in general when they clarified the feds limited powers, including limited power to appropriate taxes.
"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States."Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
From the accepted doctrine that the United States is a government of delegated powers, it follows that those not expressly granted, or reasonably to be implied from such as are conferred, are reserved to the states, or to the people. To forestall any suggestion to the contrary, the Tenth Amendment was adopted. The same proposition, otherwise stated, is that powers not granted are prohibited [emphasis added]. United States v. Butler, 1936.
Drain the swamp! Drain the swamp!
Remember in November 18 !
Since Trump entered the 16 presidential race too late for patriots to make sure that there were state sovereignty-respecting candidates on the primary ballots, patriots need make sure that such candidates are on the 18 primary ballots so that they can be elected to support Trump in draining the unconstitutionally big federal government swamp.
Such a Congress will also be able to finish draining the swamp with respect to getting the remaining state sovereignty-ignoring, activist justices off of the bench.
Noting that the primaries start in Iowa and New Hampshire in February 18, patriots need to challenge candidates for federal office in the following way.
Patriots need to qualify candidates by asking them why the Founding States made the Constitutions Section 8 of Article I; to limit (cripple) the federal governments powers.
Patriots also need to find candidates that are knowledgeable of the Supreme Court's clarifications of the federal governments limited powers listed above.
Try that with me, professor
I apologize. I have apparently mixed up your story, ArtDodger, with the main posted story.
I’m on antidepressants and forgot to take them so I get really tired. They really mess with your brain. I just took them but it will take a while to kick in. Sorry about that!
Made her look worse than she actually is?
A real-time video of her speaking to her class makes her look worse than she actually is?
What a fantastic teacher! LOL.!!!!
You’ve got to be joking here??
If that’s a Teacher?, - then it’s time for teachers to have
a mandatory FFD program.
That’s right. Kill the messenger who videoed this leftist moron.
She should be teaching water buffalo sexuality.
For later
Let me guess?
Olga was born with male plumbing equipment?
She’s been in the news here before. An antagonist. An insurrectionist. An inciter to violence. A vile, nasty, putrid excuse for a human.
The teacher uses her position to bully, demean, slander and threaten students for their political beliefs, and the union rep says the STUDENT acted unethically? What a twisted mind.
I can’t believe any students would be stupid enough to stand up; they are sabotaging their own grades. I went to school in a city here in NJ, and knew better than to ever express an opinion in class. Muslim students, FWIW, didn’t mind arguing with gender warrior lib professors.
Whenever that college calls for donations, I name the “professors” that are the reason why I’d never give a penny. As the decades pass, it probably means less and less...
Here are my questions: why are students signing up for classes in “human sexuality” and then claiming the classes are trash and the instructors are perverts?
WTH did they expect?
This kind of junk wouldn’t be offered in he university system if there were no demand for it. That it’s being legitimized thru a university of higher learning, and tax subsidized to allow the pervert teacher to collect a $160k salary, is another issue, and the taxpayers should deal with it by defunding it pronto.
Ms. Cox should be peddling her “expertise” in self-sponsored classes held in some dingy rented room over a strip club.
All is good. We do the best we can.
