If there is a sentencing guidline that fits the number of voting fraud occurrences, then the ‘lawyer’ can go piss up a rope. He has no standing.

The crime of Illegal Voting is a Second Degree Felony, punishable by 2 to 20 years in prison.
Sounds like she simply got the middle of the range...:^)
