Also happened at Sensenbrenner (Wisconsin) meeting yesterday. Usually this venue is very lightly attended and a bunch of Act 10 Madison area “concerned citizens” showed up and took up all time with multi part hostile statement questions. Sensenbrenner basically threw Trump under the bus and this in itself was very annoying. Also recorded by an AP “ reporter” who has previous experience at the Progressive and Politifact
This is where the Republicans fall short and eventually lose any ground they have gained! They should have stacked that town hall meeting with their REC and all peeps in their Republican clubs. They should be getting an email chain going and attend EVERY damned meeting that goes on.
We have a group in my county that is on an automatic text message chain. It’s a call that goes out every time a lib protest is staged. The Calvary shows up to counter protest. Had one last week at Representative Ron DeSantis’ office. Libs were in full force so the Calvalry showed up!
Not a time to be complicit.
That’s why they will ultimately fail.

The leftist rent-a-mobs were likely there first, and in overwhelming numbers, so that the people who actually wanted in on the town hall could not attend.
That strategy did not work very well for those who tried it. It will not work well for us if we try it.
Chaffetz might be in a safe district. But there are a lot of districts we cannot take for granted. And there are swing districts (and Senate seats) held by Dems where we can win.
But we can only win if we play smart and play hard.

In advance of Rep. Jason Chaffetz’s town hall meeting Thursday night, the Salt Lake County Republican Party urged “the REAL majority of Utah voters” to attend after organizers switched the venue to accommodate an anticipated large showing from liberal resistance groups.
The meeting, set to start at 7 p.m., will be held in an auditorium at Brighton High School, 2220 E. Bengal Blvd., in Cottonwood Heights. Exactly right, we should just start calling the racists no matter what and watch their heads explode on anger. It’s the seriousness of the charge that matters, not the accuracy.

I agree that laughing at and ignoring the tea party didn’t work out well for those who tried it. Double down and show up in greater numbers and louder than the opposition keeping in mind that they are cancer and we know that ignoring cancer emboldens it. If they win back anything or think they are making us shrink back this is the last battle. If they get power it will be brutal how much will get jammed down our throats. They are out for blood it seems and are a bunch of demented cultists.

I think that these townhall invitations should be sent via email, not announced publicly. Making a public announcement gives the leftist fascists time to organize and bus in their troops.
That would not be good. Public notice laws are good and proper.
