I think Trump’s statement caused them to avoid proving Trump right that their ACTIVISM OVERSHADOWS A LAW THAT EVEN A LOW-PERFORMING HIGH SCHOOL STUDENT CAN UNDERSTAND.
Stalling to let in as many terrorists as possible.
There is no debate over this law. If there is debate, it's being OVER-THOUGHT for political purposes.

For that court to take this long, means even THEY are having a hard time justifying not permitting the order to go through as Trump wants it.

Well, the "plane" rule of law is two dimensional, but the Ninth Circus has entered the third dimension (maybe the fourth dimension) and are crafting a universal interpretation covering the world as they hope it will be for the sp'lained rule of law. /sarc
Trump still runs the executive branch. Say you are complying, and then process 2 or 3 applications per week. Only assign one employee to it.
They are having a hard time fashioning a ruling that seems to uphold the law while skirting it.
The President Trump want to set up procedures in order to PREVENT terrorist attack on American soil. The liberal judges want terrorist attack to happen on American soil in order to convince them of the necessity of the President Trump executive order implementation.
And here we are fighting each other over elections when the real battle is with the judges.
They’re trying to get around the words “whenever” and “any” and “president” and “proclamation” but it’s going to take an extra day or so.

As a lawyer, I would assume the delay is due to the fact that they know that, whichever way they rule, their decision is going to be appealed to SCOTUS, and they want to write an opinion that is well-researched and carefully written.
