I went there once. Ugly stuff. Tacky displays. Oh wait, that was Nordstrom Rack. Probably not as cool as the fancy one. I won’t miss it. I get my clothes at Blessing Abound Thrift Store.
The last thing I ever bought in Nordstroms was Ugg boots a few years ago haven’t bought anything since and I wont be buying anything from them in the future. They caved to Commie push back it had NOTHING to do with sales. I don’t know how much merchandise Ivanka Trump normally sells on Nordstroms but its not the point, they dropped her because Commies hate her father so they want to destroy her too
Now that they have cut up their Nordstroms cards, how long will it take them to pay off the balance on their Nordstroms cards?

Thank you for your feedback. We are so sorry to disappoint you. Our buying decision on this brand is not a political decision for us. We didn't buy the brand this season based upon its sales performance. We carry thousands of brands and making buying decisions based upon sales performance is a regular rhythm of our business. Again, I am so sorry for the disappointment this caused and I hope you will reconsider shopping with us. Sincerely, Kaitlen D. | Customer Care | Nordstrom.com | 888.282.6060

“I cut-up my Nordstrom card years ago.”
I cut up my Nordstrom card in the early ‘80s, and I had shopped at the Anchorage store a LOT. They’d made a mistake — bigly — and embarrassed me in front of shoppers. They sent flowers and a new card. Twice. I’ve never shopped in their store since then.
It would be far simpler if Ivanka would open up her own store. She may not be able to do it now, being so enmeshed
into her father’s business, but perhaps an associate can do it for the time being. I think Ivanka has already ‘resigned’ from CEO position for her company. Surely they have access to enough funds to create a modest brick and mortar store.
This is one of the ways Victoria’s Secret, and Mrs. Field’s Cookies got started, first as a Kiosk inside a hosting department store.
The nice thing about America, is you don’t have to do anything like a boycott if you don’t want to.
Or you can.
There isn’t a single company on my list that my family needs.
They have shown us that they don’t really care about us with their in our face anti Trump behavior.
I will be dropping paypal and dropbox before this month is over.
Lo and behold, there’s a Nordstrom Rack Magnolia Park nearby at 1025 Woodruff Road in Greenville, SC and I didn’t even know it. Too far to drive though to get a fancy pair of Levi 505’s or a new clean shirt if I ever need one. Guess I’ll have to cut up some other credit card in protest, soon as I get a spare one.
If you want your business to make money, then don't say stupid stuff...they just cut their own throats...
I have a small quilting business and if I don't want to make a quilt, then I don't and tell the customer why...they don't like it, their right, it's my business and I will run it the way I like...but a big corporation like Nordstom...well get real!!!
STAY OUT OF POLITICS!
People seek entertainment and shop, go to movies, listen to music, hike, bowl, ride bikes, have sex, blah blah blah.. TO GET AWAY FROM POLITICS, NOT TO BE IMMERSED IN IT!
Thanks....
My response to Nordstroms anti-Trump campaign has been sent
Well, you failed. Arrogance added to cluelessness?
I hope your employee purchases can make up for the boycott by decades-old real actual customers...
Good luck with that.
Nordstrom’s still exists? I thought it went out years ago. Not exactly the cutting edge of fashion. Don’t old people go there? Nordstrom’s reminds me of a cafeteria at an old folks home where they cut up the food real fine because no one has any teeth. If I want a mumu, I’ll go to Nordstrom’s. I see the CEO of Nordstrom’s is a Hernandez from Los Angeles. Typical.
BOYCOTT AMAZON 2
It seems Nordstrom could use a shake up at the top. This story makes me sad. My daughter worked @ Nordstrom in her later H.S./early college years. It was a great job, she made terrific money strictly on commission.
They had very demanding standards for employees, YET .. on the occasions I’d pick my daughter up after work, I’d watch all the employees leaving at the end of a long day (the sales people had to be on their feet, no sitting while on duty), and they all left SMILING! They seemed a very happy, well treated, well compensated lot. This is going to have a wide-ranging impact.
Men have Nordstrom cards, too!
