I just had an interview. “You have a great resume, are you sure you want this entry level job”? Why would you want this job? Did HR talk to you if they’ll be able to pay you what you’re used to? I knew it was entry level, but I wouldn’t have applied if I didn’t feel I would do a good job. That interviewer wouldn’t even talk to me about what I can do for them. Didn’t give me a chance. Too old, too fat, too ugly. Some things like that, I don’t know.
Then you’ll hear these same owners or managers bitching because they can’t find anyone who wants to work for them.
