He’s been dubbed “the Godfather of Trumpmania,” but Michael Savage noted on his nationally syndicated radio show Thursday that he also promised he would hold Donald Trump accountable if the real estate billionaire became president.
Savage said he’s concerned that Trump’s inner circle is causing him to move too fast, leading to costly mistakes, such as the raid on al-Qaida in Yemen, initially planned under Obama, that resulted in the deaths of a Navy SEAL and civilians.

He was spouting off about his new career as some type of science advisor for the administration a couple of weeks ago.
Now he's lashing out after the expected job offers never materialized.
Trump will treat this like corporate espionage and root out the leaker.

You cannot blame either President for the tragic loss of this soldier. It was a high value target and they were after high value intel. No matter how good they are (they are the best) when you send armed men against other armed men casualties will occur despite every effort to avoid it.
It’s not the fault of the commander either as I have read elsewhere who decided to go forward with the raid despite possibly being compromised. War is not a zero casualty affair. Civilian deaths will occur because they hide behind them - that does not change with a drone strike or a raid. Our SEAL knew what he was doing and understood the risk. More than anyone, they also know the reward that comes with capturing high value intel (more dead Tango’s) and less dead brothers in arms in the future.
This kind of talk dishonors the legacy of the one who was lost. Simply being a SEAL comes with great risks and all of them understood what they were doing and why. This kind of second-guessing and speculation by Savage (and many others) is why we can no longer fight wars. It is bloody business and not everything will go our way, but it is far better than the alternative.

I hear ya. And a decade ago, when you are speaking of, he started having other people read these boring reports while Savage pretended to interview them. He played his audience for idiots. The guy actually had “You don’t say” and other quotes inserted into the so called interview, so he could take off early and play with Chucky the Dog or whatever his name is. He (somebody somewhere) even wrote a book about the damn dog. He’s a real operator. Alex Jones is ten times better even with the massive ads for sacks of dried fruit.

There’s no proof yet, but I strongly believe that someone “loyal” to the previous administration leaked the details of that raid to the targets. Just as he did with every other serious attack against the jihadists, Obama dragged his feet on this planned raid for months. We’re supposed to believe that when Trump assumed power and approved it Al Qaeda suddenly gained the ability to hear drones at 30K feet?
If this is true I hope that the leaker is discovered, tried, convicted and publicly hanged.
I have refused to listen to Savage since he came out for Jerry Brown in 2006. The Brown family is the worst thing that ever happened to California—worse even than the Long Beach Earthquake.
Jeff Kuhner disagreed with Savage on Friday. Savage’s comments were Thursday night.
Savage was thinking like I did back when Conway was starting out as campaign manager. She did make a quick turnaround from support of Cruz to Trump. But that a long time ago. She has proven loyal and fighting the good fight. So now I think like Kuhner that she is excellent.
Mostly based on what Jeff Kuhner said Savage felt Trump rushed things and was a tad sloppy. Savage felt the inner circle wanted Trump to make mistakes. Kuhner felt Trump wasn’t going fast enough. Kuhner was happy with everything accomplished.

I image the Bowling Green Massacre comments were something that bothered Savage. Nobody here even cares. Now I have not hear him yet. The same account on YouTube posting Jeff Kuhner podcasts does Savage. I wish someone could do Howie Carr.

Savage hates Sarah Palin as much as he does KellyAnne. I think he just hates beautiful women...period. I think he hates women, except for Mia Love. He’s always holding her up as some fantastic, talented Congress critter. Savage is politically ignorant.
