I wonder if the queen has any real authority to override this? Absolutely none at all. A King attempting to circumvent the powers of the Speaker over the House of Commons was a major trigger for their Civil War.

I think not (at least not in a direct formal way).
But she could call in the parliamentary leader(s) for a “chat” ... yes....
AND
if she wishes, she can still invite DJT to visit HRH in her castle

I understand the queen retains the authority to dismiss Parliament and call for new elections. Not used but still exists.
