How protesters plan to get under Trump’s skin wherever he goes

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. — The Saturday evening march began at Trump Plaza, a high-rise apartment Trump hasn’t owned since 1991. Fine. It still has the name. It was a good place to start.

From there, the marchers headed south, walking along the Intracoastal Waterway that separates West Palm Beach from ritzy Palm Beach island. They stopped when they reached the bridge across from Mar-a-Lago.

They brought signs and glow sticks to wave, hoping they would be visible across the dark water from the private apartment that is now the “winter White House.”

If Trump sees those green lights, he’ll know his critics have followed him home.

“He likes to think that everybody loves him. We’re showing him that we don’t,” said Lisa Wright, 53, an IT consultant from Broward County.

After a pair of violent protests on college campuses where conservative provocateurs were invited to talk — Trump seemed to lump these small groups of unruly protesters in with the rest of his critics from the other events.

“Professional anarchists, thugs and paid protesters are proving the point of the millions of people who voted to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN,” Trump said, although there is no evidence that any significant number of demonstrators are being paid.

Across the country, other groups have directed their unhappiness toward Trump at his business empire.

“I am scoping it out right now,” said a woman snapping photos of the sign outside Trump’s golf club in Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif. She gave her name as “Diane” and said she was scouting the site for a protest.

Another campaign offers Trump’s critics a more direct way to respond to Trump. It lets them call one of his companies at random and complain to whomever answers the phone.

Craigslist always has job postings for protesters.

We need undercover folks to apply. I bet they pay in cash though, so no trail.

Take their money, then rat them out to law enforcement, or better yet, private security which I'm sure President Trump employs under the radar (I sure would in his position, as government agencies have been infested with Obama hires and may not be trustworthy).

Get calls? Get names, phone numbers, addresses, e-mails.. listen quietly, say you’ll look into the “complaint”... and say you’ll call them back. Keep a data base... NEVER let them frustrate you... all in a days work IMHO. God bless President Trump and Steven K Bannon!

So where does one get eau de skunk?

Any Fur Trapping Supply House.

Skunk Essence 100% Pure

I always used shoulder length rubber gloves and a coverall suit just to work with it.

We used to collect it directly from the skunk. I must have been crazy back then...

One time I made the mistake of living in the city. A nasty neighbor would play the old twangy nasal country music really loud with his radio setting next to an open window. I asked him several times to turn it down or move it from the window but he refused. A couple of drops of essence of skunk on his window sill and he kept the window closed for the rest of the summer.

He likes to think that everybody loves him.

She's been living under a rock if she believes that. Sorry, couldn't read past that.

I hope Soros goes broke from sponsoring all this violence. You reap what you sow. Perhaps violence will find George Soros.

It’s just Liberal Projection™ at work. Assuming and accusing us of the very attitudes and behaviors they held towards Øbama.

Strong advice to our present administration; get Geo. Soros’s money out of American politics and we will witness a stark change in the present status quo and those paid rabble rousers.

As soon as they stop the people paying the protesters, most of the protests will stop.

I knew they would start the protests right after the inauguration and never stop as long as a Republican is president. No matter what he does. They are protesting to themselves since Trump and all normal people don’t care.

And it makes no difference who that Republican happens to be ... they'd be protesting a (hypothetical ... thank God! :-) President Jeb Bush just as much as they're protesting Trump.

I’ve been saying that. The cops need to give them all ‘’the wooden shampoo’’.

I don’t have a good suggestion outside of having a zero tolerance policy against protestors/rioters and throwing the rulebook at them.

< I am well aware of all that. It certainly appears these writers know people are being paid to protest. My post wasn’t one of shock, it was one of calling these writers out. Most of us would have glazed over that sentence with no comment.

Sorry; misread your body language and tone... : )

What they don’t seem to understand is that President Trump doesn’t give a rat’s a$$ about these idiots. Now the Republicans in Congress might want to fold like a cheap suit, when they see all this nonsense, but we’ll need to buck them up.
