Didn’t Obama try to raise a “civilian army” years back?
As I recall, there was an attempt to arm and train the Job Corps youth ,early in his administration, to act as supplement to Homeland Security.
I don't recall how that issue was resolved.
The Obama (community Organizer) civilian army now consists of the Black Panthers (frequently armed) and Black Lives Matter (media circus and fake news).
He did! But inadvertently, for the wrong side!! LOL!!
